Examples of use of the tools in practice
- One of the nurse consultants in the group from the Forum in Wales used Tool 4 "Communication feedback survey" with patients in the minor injuries unit. A report was written on the results of the survey, and it also generated a couple of stories in the local press.
- Two of the nurse consultants at Great Ormond Street Hospital adapted Tool 3 "Nurse consultant consultation satisfaction questionnaire" for use with the young people and parents they met within their respective specialities. Copies of the adapted surveys are available here - for children/young people and for parents.
- One of the nurse consultants at Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust adapted Tool 3 "Nurse consultant consultation satisfaction questionnaire" for use with patients who attended the chronic pain management service. A copy of the adated survey is available here.
