Individual tools & resources
In order to help you to use the activities and tools in the toolkit, we have provided individual Word versions below of all of the resources. These can be saved to your computer and therefore provide a convenient way to amend and use the resources.
In addition we devised some other resources related to some of the tools (e.g. spreadsheets, coding sheets) that were piloted by some of the nurse consultants in the project, and may prove useful to you, which are available below as well.
