EFQM Education Community of Practice

This meeting of the EFQM Education Community of Practice was hosted by the British Council Education Quality Forum and Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland.
Sir Bernard O'Connell (PowerPoint 168KB), Principal of Runshaw College, UK, delivered an inspirational presentation on the Runshaw experience. Delegates also completed group work to examine the fundamental concepts of excellence in the context of the different past of the education system.

A visit was arranged to the famous Jagiellonian University to meet the Rector and members of the quality team.
The meeting was followed by the British Council's Quality Forum Conference and delegates were invited to attend with free accommodation being provided. The presentations delivered at the Quality forum included:
