Membership of the network includes
- organisational membership for an unlimited number of employees
- three delegate places at each of the workshops and the annual Facilities Management Conference
- participation in the network research project
- sharing in the findings of research projects carried out by centre's other networks
- benefiting, where appropriate, from knowledge that the centre acquires on research projects commissioned by commercial clients or conducted by postgraduate students
- access to the members only website, containing information about past workshops, a members contact list and other useful links
- a discount on the membership fee for the centre's new Strategic Management Network
- automatic qualification for reductions in the tuition fees on the unique MBA programme in facilities management at Sheffield Hallam University, a course that has been designed to serve facilities management professionals in full-time employment

Annual membership of the network costs £2,000 per organisation. Members can choose to have additional schools participating in the research project at a cost of £400 per school.
Year one of the network began in November 2009.
