Welcome to the Schools Facilities Management website. We are one of four networks operating within the Centre for Facilities Management Development. We were set up in 2009 following research into the influence of school facilities and buildings on pupils' learning experiences.
The network promotes best practice and benchmarking and has an annual programme of activities, comprising of a pupil quality indicator survey, two workshops and the centre's annual network conference.
The network is for local authorities, local education partnerships, Building Schools for the Future providers and individual school facilities managers. Condition matters, our first report of student voices on thier schools can be found here.
