Project D
This year the Network will be expanding to include “other properties” in addition to civic accommodation. To start off it is likely, although not yet confirmed, that we will be investigating Leisure Centres and developing benchmarking tools for provision of services, cost, income and staff and public satisfaction. This year we will be developing survey instruments in consultation with Network members. Questionnaires will also be piloted this year. This will enable us to ensure we are meeting member requirements. In the second year of the survey we will be able to fully run this project. We will then look at another building type e.g. libraries, again in consultation with Network members.
