This meeting was hosted by Antigoni Papadimitriou of the University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, Greece on the 22-24 February. The theme for the meeting was Best Practices and Universities. It provided an opportunity for members to hear of a major project, the Pythagoras Project, which has been undertaken to link the EFQM Excellence Model to the development of best practices and performance indicators in areas such as teaching and learning, research, the library, IT and Public Relations.
