Glynn Rankin

Glynn is a Visiting Senior Research Fellow in CENTRIC, providing operational and academic expertise in the field of human trafficking. He is a barrister and former Chief Crown Prosecutor, and is an Independent Anti- Trafficking Specialist and an acknowledged expert in the combating of Human Trafficking, both within the UK and internationally. Glynn is also a Senior Fellow of Liverpool University and a guest lecturer at Coventry University, for whom he developed and delivered the first human trafficking module. Glynn recently completed a Police Training Manual on Human Trafficking for the OSCE. He manages and coordinates the Trafficking in Persons Platform (TIPP), a global anti-trafficking forum for prosecutors, for the International Association of Prosecutors. He is a partner in two current EU funded human trafficking projects one of which relates to “Facilitating Corporate Social Responsibility in the field of Human Trafficking”. He also provides human trafficking training and development and expert facilitation (nationally and internationally).
