Led by Professor Julie Nightingale alongside partners from Anglia Ruskin, Lincoln, Sheffield, Suffolk, and NHS East of England, the project brings nearly \u00a35\u202fmillion of NIHR funding to strengthen allied health workforce planning\u2014especially in rural, coastal, and underserved urban areas. Designed to co\u2011produce actionable research across 14 AHP professions, AHP WRaP aims to improve recruitment, retention, apprenticeship practices, and health\u2011economic planning over its first 18 months .
