Learning from the USA…

Joe Langley and Dan Wolstenholme went on a 10 day tour of beacon health innovation sites in the USA starting in San Francisco, then going via  Stanford, Oakland and Boston before ending in Rochester (MN). The aim of the tour was one of sharing experiences and mutual learning, seeking to understand the state of the art and latest practices with the intention of bringing back ideas to the UK and re-modelling to fit in with our NHS where beneficial and appropriate.
