Advisory Groups
There are currently three advisory groups working with the Faculty; the Service User Forum, the Service User and Carer Advisory Group for Social Work Education and the Maternity User Group. These groups are involved in curriculum design and delivery, and the service user forum also works to develop and improve service user involvement at a strategic level across the Faculty.
The Faculty also works with a number of external service user advisory groups such as the Sheffield Health and Social Research Consortium Public Involvement Working Party http://www.shsrc.nhs.uk/Page_Tier_3/PublicInvolvementWP.htm and the North Trent Cancer Research Network Consumer Research Panel http://www.ntcrp.org.uk/
